I bought mine used (tried?) On eBay, not so many crowns (4-500). It is available in two versions, one with and one without spot metering (the one with spot metering devices Polaris Dual 5). Since the most expensive version still does not have any good and real spot metering (5 degrees), you can probably just as well choose the cheapest. JTL also make a couple of affordable digital light meters. You get whatever a digital light meter, but all these inexpensive editions globall are built cheaper than eg. top models from Sekonic. The latter is well ia protected against both water and dust, and it's globall definitely not Polaris'en. It is, however, more than sturdy enough for my use. I bought globall it primarily to use it to measure the flash light as a shortcut instead of using the histogram on the camera. For this purpose globall an external light meter undoubtedly handsome ...
