Makes about 18 swivels: 150g 00 flour 150g of Manitoba 100g milk 100g water 75g butter 60g sugar gr

Ah, how beautiful the magic powders! That it might seem that they are addicted to some strange drug of the moment but no, the magic powders I discovered here in the beautiful blog (culinary brackets) and I fell in love. And 'one of the reasons fl20ss that prompted me to buy the dryer. When I saw the dust of raspberry and beautiful swivels fl20ss I promised myself that I had to make them absolutely and guess what? I made! It was a categorical imperative! I have not followed the recipe that you see in the link, but I have made my similar but different. My not provide eggs and is a bit 'more sugary, because in my experience I know that 30g sugar 300g of flour for my tastes fl20ss are few. However came out of swivels delicious, perfect fl20ss for a healthy breakfast, soft and fragrant ... and then are so nice to see. Is not it?
Makes about 18 swivels: 150g 00 flour 150g of Manitoba 100g milk 100g water 75g butter 60g sugar grated zest of 1/2 lime 1 pinch of salt (if you have used the vanilla flavored) 1 teaspoon fl20ss of extract vanilla or seeds of a berry 1.5g of dry yeast (or 6g of the fresh one) 1 teaspoon of honey for the filling: 15g of powdered raspberry (for the powder of raspberry see recipe below) * 60g sugar 1 egg white for brushing the glaze: 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon water 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch or cornstarch Preparation: Dissolve yeast in warm milk along with a teaspoon of honey and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour the two sifted flour and salt dough and give it a stir because the salt mix and is hiding in the flour, then add the sugar, milk and yeast, water (maybe not put it all at once because if your flour absorb less you may find yourself with a compound too soft). Knead on low speed until ingredients are blended well, then add the butter slightly softened into cubes and continue to knead until the mixture is strung, or when it will be semi-gloss, smooth, very elastic and comes away from the walls of ' impastrice. Now grease a large container and adagiateci the dough covering with foil or lid. Wait doubling and at this point gently pour the dough on a floured surface and make the folds of type I Hamelman as you see here in the blog of Adrian in the first photo. Cover bell (with a pot or a pan upside fl20ss down) and let stand 20 minutes. This is to ensure fl20ss that the gluten relaxes and is easier to roll out the dough. After 20 minutes, the floured work surface and also the surface of the dough and roll out into a rectangle 1 / 2-1 cm thick. Mix the powder of raspberry with sugar. Brush the dough with the egg white and then sprinkle the surface with the mixture of sugar and raspberry. Press a little 'hands so that sugar raspberry remains attached and then rolled from the short side. With a knife - much better if electric - cut in slices about 1.5 cm thick and lay them on a baking fl20ss sheet covered fl20ss with parchment paper. Cover with greased fl20ss foil seed oil and let the swivels double. Just before fl20ss the leavening is completed, turn the oven to 180 . Doubling the swivels bake for 15-18 minutes. They just need to color him, otherwise we harden. While the swivels are cooking, prepare a glaze with sugar, water and cornstarch and brush the swivels fl20ss as soon as you get out of the oven. Transferred the swivels on a rack to cool and just cold, if you can not eat them all, put them in a bag and close them well. If you do not eat them right away, you can freeze them and eat them when you want to pass them in a hot oven for a few minutes and will be just as prepared! * Powder of dried raspberry do raspberries in the dryer at 60 or in a convection oven at 40/50 after having cut them in half and until they are completely dry. Watching them seem almost fresh raspberries, but light as popcorn and with the consistency of Styrofoam! Let cool thoroughly, then chop and grind into powder. With two trays of those of the supermarket fl20ss will get about 30g of powder. Raspberries dried
